For years I had wanted to go to Australia so, after graduating university,  I took a year out and went traveling. Flitting between work and travel I funded almost a year and a half of travel before having to come home.

Being a keen traveller I never wanted to carry round a big bulky camera and a load of lenses that would weigh me down. All I ever used was my GoPro. Many people are surprised with the quality of pictures you can take with them. You can judge for yourself.

From what started as an instagram hashtag

(#     travels) to document my travel snaps all in one place, Pidgeon Travels was born.
